Jonathan Silveira is a real estate and mortgage leader, leadership development facilitator, and speaker specializing in purposeful and authentic leadership. He advises organizations on building cultures that foster well-being, psychological safety, motivation, and high performance. A Harvard Business School alumnus and Master of Science in Communication candidate at Purdue University, he serves as District Deputy Grand Master of District 13 under the Grand Lodge of British Columbia and Yukon, A.F.&A.M. His long-distance pilgrimages on the Camino de Santiago in Spain and the Via Francigena in Italy continue to shape his philosophy of resilience, service, and authentic influence.
